Tuning Relationships with Music

Family and intimate relationships are a challenge at the best of times! When you as a parent or partner are going through your own trauma this may affect your ability to feel safe and get close.

Tuning Relationships with Music® (TRM) is an evidence-based therapy developed by Vivienne. If you are struggling to manage your relationships as the result of previous trauma, TRM may help. Music can help restore a sense of safety and connection in our bodies and emotions, not just our thoughts. You don’t have to know anything about music to benefit!

TRM is available for parents and young people, for adult family members, and for partners. Contact us if you would like to know more.
